Our Knife Edge Clamps can be used instead of the original brass hex clamps for clamping rough cut stock, castings and any material that requires a hardened clamping element. Same "G" as original Fixture Clamp.

Not designed for clamping hardened material at listed torque.

Applications

: @brentsonofcarl – I made these jaws to use @miteebite knife edge clamps on my 10″ chucks (super hicells) They dig into aluminum and mild steel and make holding on to slugs by only 1/4″ no problem. I run thousands of slugs through these machines and after a few months, regular step jaws were clearly worn. Happy with how these are working so far.
